We work out of a shop on Fallsburg Road in Newark. Most of our jobs come from a neighbor pointing at a yard sign, and that's how we like it.

How we work
A few things we believe.
Inspect first.
We get on the roof before we quote anything. A guess from the driveway isn't good enough.
Document everything.
Photos, written reports, and adjuster meetings where we point at the damage in person.
No deductible games.
Your deductible is accounted for in the claim settlement. We don't waive it, eat it, or hide it, because those practices can create serious legal problems for both of us.
Clean up like we live there.
Magnetic nail sweep, landscaping protected, debris hauled. The yard should look like nobody was there.
Say no when it's right.
If your roof has years left, we tell you. Shingle, metal, or commercial, we'll also tell you when a repair beats a replacement.
