Free inspection
Our roof inspection is free and carries no obligation. You receive a written diagnostic report and are not required to hire us. If we find no damage or your roof has years of life remaining, we will tell you honestly.
Insurance claims
We assist with documentation and communication with your insurance carrier. Approval and payment of any claim is determined by your insurance company and the terms of your policy. You are responsible for your deductible and any policy exclusions.
Quotes and contracts
All work is performed under a written contract. Pricing is based on the scope documented at inspection and may change if concealed damage is found during tear off. We will photograph and discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to the materials we install and are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Workmanship warranty terms are provided in your contract. Warranty coverage requires that the roof be installed to manufacturer specifications.
Limitation of liability
Shield Pro Roofing, LLC is not liable for damages beyond the scope of work performed or for pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to work. We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance for our operations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Licking County, Ohio.
